Love the energy, however, I came to this video specifically to have TIC explained. I don't think that information was really there. I would love to see an episode very soon on really understanding, why TIC, buying as an investment and selling as a TIC in a new market like LA, also how the loans work and really going through a rate sheet. Can't wait to see more! :)
