I have TIC 50/50 ownership. in 2016 One owner wants out I told him to sell his share which is the TIC. I don't want to sell mine. He hired a lawyer suing me to either buy his share or ask the judge for a forced sale. I have a trial date of April 2023. I understand exactly how the TIC work. The deed stated that the property is owned by a single woman and a single man. I don't want to buy his share of two bedrooms because he ruined them. Buy asking the court to a force sale so he can get a more fair price for the house because I maintain my rooms in good condition. You guys reading this wish me luck I am a pro see because I think I can explain well and I am not limited to my time because I am my own lawyer. If I hired a lawyer the charge is 250 an hour in VA.

sorry no parking = nightmare in Silverlake. Been here 7 years with parking, had to park a few times when my dad was visiting and it was miserable. Might as well go carless if possible. Carry on!
