AGGRESSIVE and calculated; 3GS UK Limited is a private profit making company contracted by Manchester City Council, aimed at taking financial advantage via deception, of members of the British public. They have a vested interest in members of the public dropping litter. 3GS have been surrounded in controversy, with some of their worst stunts including the issuing of a FPN for feeding pastry flakes to pigeons. Sacked from various towns and cities of the UK, they move from place to place and leech around Britain.

I remember when I was a student nurse one of my lectureres was a traffic warden his supervisor called him in one day to berate him for not giving out enough tickets so the next day he gave out a huge amount of tickets unfortunately he gave the mayor's car a ticket and practically all of the council members he was fully dismissed from his job the whole system is corrupt and the public allows it !
