Mushroom Gravy

This is an easy to make Mushroom Gravy that will elevate anything you douse it with. It's a gravy recipe made from scratch without drippings. I was always intimidated to make gravy. Not anymore. I followed your directions including using both oil and butter to brown the mushrooms. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GRAVY! I didnt have beef broth so i used chicken and it still turned out fantastic. And brown colored! Thanks Nagi.

My Father in Law made the most incredible mushroom sauce by accident. He said he just threw some seasonings that were in the cupboard and didn't recall what it was exactly.

You might try bone broth instead of regular beef broth, and add some Worcestershire sauce.
