This leg workout blends Smith machine mastery with raw hamstring strength. We hit every major lower-body muscle — quads, glutes, hams — using brutal variations like narrow-stance squats, wide stance for glutes, and eccentric Nordic curls to finish you off.

Exercises + Sets & Reps:
1. Smith Machine Squat (Standard Stance)
• 4 sets x 10–12 reps
• Focus: Balanced quad & glute activation
2. Quad-Dominant Smith Squat (Narrow-Stance)
• 4 sets x 12–15 reps
• Focus: Quads
• Tip: Keep torso upright and knees tracking forward
3. Wide-Stance Smith Machine Squat (Sumo Style)
• 4 sets x 10–12 reps
• Focus: Glutes & inner thighs
• Tip: Drive knees out, sit back deeper
4. Smith Machine Good Mornings
• 3 sets x 12–15 reps
• Focus: Hamstrings, glutes, and lower back
• Tip: Keep slight bend in knees, hinge at the hips
5. Nordic Hamstring Curl
• 3 sets x 6–8 slow reps

I like them but i keep under load kinda looks like you're relaxing a bit at full extension could be wrong 💪👌
