1. My wife is receiving monthly EPF pension. Though the EPF office do not issue Form 16, yet I mention the same promptly in her ITR. Whether she is eligible for Standard Deduction of ₹50, 000/- for f.y. 2024-25 or not.
2. Where monthly pension is not available and a person has arranged pension on his own from Bank - Senior Citizen Savings Scheme or LIC PM Vaya Vandana Yojna, does the monthly return entails standard deduction ?
