So there is no law that says you have to pay taxes but you get penalized by a foreign government building?

I was told if you know you're getting a refund back you don't have to file. The IRS don't mind keeping your refund. But if you owe you need to file otherwise they'll hit you with every tax code they have 😕

So everyone who tells anyone to get a job or "get a job bum" clearly just wants that person to go to jail.

I haven't filed taxes because I have a drug problem.

Our country has a credit score of like 200. Trillions in debt….. but yet we’re forced to pay or go to jail. They’re crooks.

There is no law for personal taxes for your time and labor spent on worksite so you can skip paying taxes!

So its literally not a punishment since they rarely enforce it, is the tax man literally going to go to your house and arrest you because you didn't pay up, make it not sound like the government is not criminal here.

I owe 886 to the federal government on my return, I can't afford it the government couldn't just deduct what I'm owed which is ridiculous

Its not bad at all. Just tell the IRS TAXABLE YEARS ENDED AUGUST 16 1954 AND ANY SUBTITLE F compliant enforcement provisions took place the day AFTER THE date of ENACTMENT AUGUST 17 1954 but on that day there was NO TAX TO ENFORCE AS the tax died expired the day before.... August 16 1954 BY LAW PASSED INTO LAW BY THE 83rd Congress AS LAW and published as VOLUME 68A in the United States Statutes at Large and Federal Law. There HAS NOT BEEN AN ENFORCEABLE LEGAL INCOME TAX in this country for 70 YEARS!!! Google 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) of the IRC of 1954. clearly says TAXABLE YEARS began December 31 1953 and ENDED AUGUST 16 1954!!
