Here is my fun shoot with Kyleigh in Sacramento. I tested the Eye AF in the Fujifilm X-T3 and Sony A7iii. 23mm F1.4 vs Batis 40mm F2.

I have the sony and batis 40 and love the camera and lens.. However I really like the color of the fuji in the these pics. I think her skin tones just look better with the fuji and the overall image is just really pleasing.

Sir, out of all the camera systems you own, which one is your favorite? You produce great images with all I see.

People have already mentioned the better colors on the Fuji, which I agree with. But also the Fuji looks like she has more depth and 3D look. The Sony she looks a bit "flatter" against the background, almost like she's a cardboard cutout. Were those RAW's SOOC, or where you shooting JPEGs?

The Fuji jumps around a lot though we will have to wait for a firmware update, it's definitely usable but it would be nice to get closer to Sony.

Can you make a comparison with Sigma fp and Fuji? Both use AWB and standard colour mode. Because I see the colour of fp is very close to the real things’ colour, like the skin of human’s face, the blue sky, and the green plants.

The images produced by the Zeiss Batis 40 is so clear, clean and bright. I was mesmerized by the beautiful model and her blue eyes appear to be accurately rendered by the Batis. The colour from the Fuji is overly warm and lost much details. It is not too difficult to see that eye focusing of the Sony was sticking like a glue whereas Fuji's Eye AF is a tad bit nervous and can tell there were a few misses especially when the model was looking down and the Eye AF was aiming on her forehead.
