Replacing the BATTERY of JBL FREE charging case (how to)

I don’t know if I have a puffy battery at the moment. But my problem is that my case isn’t being charged completely the out of the 4 LEDs only three light up and the third one is blinking. And sometimes it becomes fully charged in around 20 minutes. Is this because of a puffy battery or something else?

My problem is that the case only lights up when it is connected to the Usb charging cable and the 4th led light blinks forever. My guess is that my battery is flat. Would that be correct?

In my JBL Free charger box, the battery is puffed and it doesn't hold any charge anymore. Will changing the battery solve the problem?

My battery is puffed. The box's charge goes to 1 blink from 4 blink immediately after 15mins.And also when i turn off my earbuds left one is always at low battery when i turn them on back even it was charged. Do you think its because puffed battery? And changing that will solve it?

Hey bro! This is definitely a recurrent issue... my case has also the puffed aspect.. :/ I'm only having lil trouble about how to connect the new battery wires (red blue and the other one) to the old connector... and also, what is the most effective way to get them out at the first place? is just cutting it a good idea or are we suppose to do smth else?

Hey i wanted to hear music and put both jbl frees out of the case. The right one worked as yusual but the left one dont turned on so i decided to charge it but as i tried it the led turns white for a few seconds. I tried to turn it on but it still dont work what can i do?
