As a lord winter soldier player. His ult is the hardest to land in high elo. So many things also counter his ult. It can be blocked, dodged, healed, and tanked. Waisting the whole thing. Although it can change the flow of the game when timed PERFECTLY.

His ult reminds me a lot of Star Lord's where you use it after a pick or two to mop up. Otherwise you get one of your targets shielded or get counter ulted etc etc. His momentum is crazy with it but it gets shut down once your opponents know what to do
