Get fresh ginger wash it well and cut it into pieces with the back and get fennel one table spoon and add it to the ginger and add one glass of water and cook. Be turning it while cooking.

After cook it, allow it to cool down flitter it and add a pitch of turmeric powder , drink it while it is warm.

One cup in the morning one cup at night for five days even if you have started seeing your period while taking it.
