To prepone the menstrual cycle, we can use a high dose of progesterone so that particular lady will get a withdrawal bleeding, Say for example, she takes a high dose of progesterone for 2 days, that is for 48 hours, she might expect a withdrawal bleeding within 48 to 72 hours. So that is how we can prepone our menstrual cycle. Second is she can use a combination of estrogen and progesterone pill or 2 -3 days and she can take the tablets . So she can get the withdrawal bleeding.

This is such wrong information.... Withdrawal bleeding is NOT your periods. 🤦🏼‍♀️ These two are completely different concepts.
