Frugal Family Meal Collaboration Pizza Night

In this video I show you how we make our frugal homemade pizza using 3 1/4 cups of organic flour that we buy bulk in 25 lbs bag
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/4 Warm Water
2 Teaspoons instant yeast
Combine the yeast with the water, let sit while you get your other ingredients ready.

Awesome homemade pizza, love it.
One tip for baking, convert your cups into grams/ounces and rather weight it out. Some recipes call for “sifted” flour which will also give you more consistent results.
Cooking is art, which allows for more variation but baking is science and exact measurements are preferred. Just saying.

Too funny, I thought the cheese side was going to be for Olivia not for you Al. My granddaughter 11, only likes cheese pizza. (P.S. I'm playing ketchup on the first years of videos)
