Large Family Recipes: Grilled Cheese in the Oven - Frugal Family Food Collaboration

Today Miss Amelia and I share how we do our grilled cheese in the oven recipe as part of our collaboration with Frugal Family Food! We made two loaves worth and had about 8 sandwiches left over for the following day. I don't know how to function without leftovers :)

Grilled Cheese in the Oven Recipe - Large Family Style!

+ Preheat the oven to 450
+ Prepare baking pans full of cheese sandwiches (add mayo, a slice of ham, any way you like to doctor up your grilled cheese :)
+ Add butter to both sides of your bread
+ Place pans of grilled cheese sandwiches in the oven for 6-8 minutes
+ Take pans out and flip sandwiches. Place back in oven for 2-3 minutes.
+Times are approximate and will depend on your oven. My oven isn't always very kind to me :)

I use to be a nurses aide. The nursing home I worked at had the best grilled cheese. I've baked them in the oven ever since. I love the hard crunch it gives. I do mine on 250 for longer.
