Recipe

Pizza Dough
250g bread flour
160g of water
5g dry yeast
25g sugar (optional)
4g salt

Fillings
1/2cup ranch
1/2cup parmasean
3cup mozzarella
1/4cup heavy cream (or milk, i recommend cream)
600g chicken breast or 400g cooked
120g bacon
Green onion
Black pepper

425F ~ 15minutes

Dude I remember getting a bite of my mom’s chicken bake as a kid, and I never forgot about that. Unfortunately we aren’t in an area with a Costco and it wasn’t until now YEARS later I decided to try and find a recipe lmao I’m so late.

I learned to make it from sam the cooking guy. To keep it low cals i use turkey bacon low fat cheese and greek yogurt (to make the dressing). It's not 100% authentic but who cares, tastes good and guilt free.
