Good Luck.

This is how to get so good at Japanese you stop thinking in English. It's pretty incredible how anime, immersion, comprehensive input, AJATT, hiragana, katakana, kanji, romaji, japanese language, Japan, manga, and waifus can all come together and make you stop thinking in English. This is japanese language learning. This is learning japanese. You will never think in English again after watching this education japanese learning video.

Speaking Japanese in my internal monologue is one thing, but saying こんにちは to myself? That's a whole second layer of nuts

“You may have to be extremely mentally ill in order to do this pillar” had me rolling. Pretty true really

Damn, I remember like the first time when I thought of a sentence in japanese without first translating from english; I felt like a god at japanese. And then I watched an anime without subtitles and felt like a normal person again. Yet now there's a running joke where japanese has always been my first language, so i successfully tricked my friends.

This is the most autistic video I ever watched about learning Japanese and I absolutely love it.

I started doing the same things you did, but I dropped it at some point and now that I see an even clearer path to follow, I really feel motivated again.

Thank you.

I've been stuck dodging learning since I was 8, I'm 17 now. And as time goes by I've realized I actually have to lock in and do what I need to do. For anyone struggling to pick up Japanese YOU CAN DO IT!!

When I first started Japanese I hated kanji and wanted nothing to do with it, but then when I started learning I realized how helpful it was, not only for remembering the meanings of the words but it makes Japanese so much easier to read

I couldn’t agree more with this, this is how I learned back in High school, we had to pick a language, I already speak Italian and English. I’ve been studying\practicing every single day for the past 23+ years.

My method for the last 1.5 years has been doing JLPT N5 deck, 1000 most common words and and Kanji. I am not as far as i could be, but i tended to have breaks and just coming back later. In reality i know about 2500 words and 300+ Kanji. I am understanding japanese on a low level right now. Kanji based subtitles help a lot.

こんにちは. I'm 15 and have been learning Japanese for over a yeat now. I am pretty good at learning languages (I know how to read Arabic and Korean and know italian) but I've been quite lazy with japanese. I have a 700 day fuolingo streak and many work books bur barely use them. I am very discouraged. I was wondering what tips I could use in my everyday life. Like writing stuff a day or anything else that can help learning. This was a good video I'm feeling motivated already! :D ありがとう❤️

When i started I made my own deck of 1k flashcards by hand with words and phrases i needed to know in order to get around, and survive in a world with only Japanese.
All hand cut, hand drawn, and written cards with pen on paper.
Just by making the cards alone i acquired a lot of vocab.
The process of making something is more powerful than taking something someone else has already done for you.
