Wow so good! I'm 54 this year and I've just got home from 6 days in the hospital from a suspected heart attack! it wasn't thank the lord but it was a warning shot! so a video like this showing how quick and easy eating well! is really good for me! no more excuses! thank you and keep up the good work!

Derik brings up such a good point in this video about the protein. He didn’t try to make any extra added efforts to get to that 150g of protein, it’s really not that hard to get that much protein on a vegan diet. I’m so glad that point was shown in this video!

You are such a badass! All that protein! I need to rewatch to figure out where that all came from!! I made a stir fry while I watched this. I have to have fresh veggies (I don’t know why, but frozen just makes me not ok.)

Thanks for calling me out with this video...LOL. And by that I mean calling out my excuses about not making delicious food....Timing each meal prep was a great idea to drive the point home.
