in this video, I've tried to explain the working of a VPN as fast as possible in 60 seconds.

VPNs work by encrypting the data at the user's end and then sending it to the VPN server via the VPN Tunnel and then decrypting it there sending the query as usual and then again encrypting the result at the VPN server and then finally decrypting it at the user's end.

it provides anonymity on the internet. an example would be accessing a website that is banned in your country, like Right now Russians are using VPN to access banned social networks like Instagram or Facebook.
