Today, I'm showing you two gorgeous homes for sale in Queretaro, Mexico that are WAY more affordable than most US cities.

Inflation is out of control in the US and more and more Americans are looking to move abroad to help their income or their retirement savings stretch further.

The neighborhood of Jurica was actually first settled by American people who worked for TREMEC, a company that made car transmissions in Querétaro. You can still find some old American style houses that date from the 70s.

Holy cow, the first one is like my dream house. It has somewhat similar interior design like the ones here in Canada

To be considered part of the top 1% in Mexico you would need to make 38k pesos per month. It seems you would have to be in the top .1% to afford this comfortably.
