The lunch one is very accurate. When I was in elementary school, I tried to take only milk and hot/cold lunch, but the people serving food always said to everyone “you need to have a fruit and drink with your lunch” and so I would grab a fruit every time but just throw it away because I couldn’t eat it after I ate the main dish.
