The bun looks amazing however I have never been a backed tuna fan. A barbeque beef or pork or chicken bun but not a tuna bun. Shrimp maybe. Love your channel

The bun recipe looks good but the writing is very small to read and why don't you say how long to leave it to rise and how long to bake 😮

In the ingredients list for the dough, salt is 1.5gm or 1/4 tsp and yeast is also 1.5gm or 1/2 tsp.
Please clarify the amount of yeast to use. 1/2 tsp seems insufficient.Thank you.
