Sugar 20g
Egg 30g
Milk powder 5g
Salt 3g
Instant dry yeast 3g
Milk 45g
Water 60g
Unsalted butter 20g

Fillings:
Tuna fish 90g
Corn 60g
Mayonnaise

✎ Suggested fermentation time:
First fermentation 1 hour
Second fermentation 40-45 minutes

✎ Baking information:
Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes
