Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Bread flour 280g｜2cup
Powdered milk 10g｜1.5Tbsp
Sugar 50g｜7Tbsp
Sea Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Unsalted butter 40g｜3Tbsp
Whole egg 1Tbsp
Fresh milk 1Tbsp

Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 15-17 minutes
