Genetics are not as important as you think they are when it comes to building muscle. Train hard, eat right, and you'll make incredible progress.

Stop selling yourself short. Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop making excuses. Sure, some people may have better genetics than you, but that's out of your control. Do all that you can with everything you have, and I promise you will see results. This isn't a competition, you aren't competing against any one. Train hard, train hard again, then wake up and do it all over. If you want to grow, you have to be willing to work. You can do it, I believe in you 🙏

99% of people would immediately stop blaming genetics if they saw what 5-10 consistent years of proper diet and training could get them. It’s an entirely different person

Genetics is a huge factor, it limits what you can reach, but everybody has the possibilities to make great changes

Bugs me whenever people say “I wish I had ur motivation.”
I do not have much motivation, but what I do have is discipline and self control.

I mean, the hard work is undeniable but your genetics still play into the RESULT of your hard work. My mate has horrible genetics when it comes to physique and no amount of hard work can improve it… as far as aesthetics go, he actually looked better before putting on muscle.

Yes genetics, coming from someone who has pretty good genetics. It’s much easier for me to improve my physique than majority of people around me. It’s just a fact

One of the limiting factors for beginners that makes them give up is time. A lot of people look in the mirror and dont see any significant changes for months and give up but it actually means that they're on the path that decides if they're gonna achieve what they want to or not. I'm on the same way and dont see great changes in my body for months but I dont give up and look for the ways to fix it

Yes, genetics. Everybody works hard, what seperates great physique from do-you-even-luft status physiques is genetics.

Grindset is the most important factor. People who are lazy will make excuses, while those with a vision will produce results

No disrespect to max intended here but his physique is a combination of very good genetics and crazy hard work.
