My sister loves Metal, and loves Nightwish, I held her hand and we listen to this song as she passed away losing her battle to cancer on November 11/19/2020. I will never forget this song or her. I love you Crystal, may you find rest.

Twenty years ago... in the year of 2004, I as a 14teen year old and the moon as my companion were heading home from a friend's place, during a
practically snowy winter night. There were no lights on the street. It is hard for me
to explain that almost magical feeling.

Oh, I remember the feeling, feeling cold, feeling dark, and yet happy at the same time.
Feeling like strolling through some dreamy wonderland, enjoying the sounds of snow crunching under my feet...
Anyway, it was the midnight hour, so I wanted to reach my house as soon as possible.

The house was located at the end of the village in a small town of Virovitica in Croatia. There was only
a thick blanket of snow surrounding the house and far away...

Finally, as I entered the house, I prepared myself an apple cinnamon tea, which is still my favorite to this day
and a strong reminder of my childhood and Nightwish.

I decided to turn on the TV, and the first thing that happened was that everything stopped for me when I heard her voice.
Playing was "Wish I Had an Angel". It was mesmerizing for me. I was in a transcendent mode right then, the combination
of Tarja and Marco singing with symphonic music was so aesthetic for me at that moment that it always reminds me of
that snowy winter night. Little did I know that I had just encountered my favorite metal band and metal music from then on...
Litte did I know that 2005 will be END OF AN ERA.... from then on there is no song or album that I haven't listened to...
and the rest is history....

P.S. One thing I dearly miss so much or am sad about is not going to their concert while they were all together.
