You don’t NEED dark, black eyeliner to make your eyes pop. If you love it, use it! I still do sometimes!

But the old way I used to use black eyeliner looks to harsh on me these days. If you feel that way too, you can try this method and see what you think! I often use eyeshadow for liner on my clients!🙌🏼
