People suffering from addiction face a variety of challenges, from the emotional to the physical to the social. As with anything else, the key to overcoming these hurdles ultimately lies within ourselves. We are all capable of overcoming our addictions, but it doesn’t happen overnight. It is a process that requires a great deal of humility and teachability, as well as support and guidance from others.
