As a natural with 4 years of consistent lifting, No progress in last couple of years despite hitting 15-20 sets per week. Forget about getting growth less than that

I personally do about 1 set on every exercise and I have been making great progress doing that
It usually comes to about 4-5 sets per muscle group

Is it okay to focus primarily on training till failure/close to failure for muscle growth instead of reps and sets ? I always seem to change my sets and reps volume depending on how I feel that gym day. I wanna know if that’s okay 😂
