We started our day with Sabich for breakfast, a very popular street food you can eat almost any time of the day (so healthy!), and then a Turkish dessert, Malebi with Arabic coffee. Then, we enter the Carmel Market to sample some local spices and enjoy two types of hummus. Next, Inbal takes us to a local kitchen to eat Yemini food, a bread that is fried with egg and with hummus and zhug (SPICY!). We then try Syrian cookies, and stopped by a stall making fresh pitas. We end the day with a fresh, street-side falafel. All food featured in this video was paid for in full by us.

I have visited Tel Aviv, Jerusalem etc and I was astounded at how amazing the food was! Best falafel I had was in Carmel market and I think the place you profiled was where I had it! It is a great effort to show food of Tel Aviv made by people who may not have so much furniture/fixture and capital for business but what they have is taste and love. Either Yemeni Jewish women or Palestinian granny they all have taste and passion to serve. That is the real street food the food of masses... Love from Pakistan
