Miss Sabich here in Germany. Have been in Tel Aviv in March/April 2022 and had it quite often. Time to get back to Tel Aviv.

Thank you so much for this vlog! It's probably the clearest depiction of how the sabich chef makes his magical and healthy snack. I'd love to have this snack when I visit Tel Aviv, and more generally on a daily basis—but in that case, probably without the deep-fried eggplant, though I realise it adds to the taste.

One question, though: Which sabich eatery was this? Tchernichovsky (near the falafel shop), Frishman, or Oved, or someplace else? It would be tremendously helpful if you could mention which specific sabich cafe you went to.

So which one is better in Tel-Aviv, Sabich Deluxe or Sabich Tchernihovsky?

Baghdad Jews breakfast I don’t know why many people deliberately write that it is from the Mediterranean or the Middle East. Babylonian food recipes are older than all of these peoples.

It is not iraqi dish, all what jews did in iraq is eating boiled eggs and eggplants inside of bread, the sabich itself is israeli
