hi thanks for the information! In my app I cannot exit the Web Portal Acces page anymore, there is no way I can go back??? Is there a secret 'door' to go back to the cameras in the app?

Mine doesn't work probably because of firewall settings. I called Eufy and they're no help. They won't show you how to set so you can view it on your pc. I can access from my workplace because the firewall is turn off. This is one thing I hate about Eufy. Why do you need the access code and the max you can set is 24 hours which is stupid imo.

The live view is very bad. Wyze have real live view mode and it's a lot cheaper
