I did figure a help, buy a wifi plug and plug your camera into that, you can remotely turn the plug off then back on, this will usually reboot your camera and it will get back online.

The main reason for camera connectivity issues is often the distance from the main router, causing weak Wi-Fi signal strength.

You can use apps like Airport Utility (iOS) or Wi-Fi Analyzer (Android) to check signal strength near the camera. If it's higher than -60dB, consider moving the main router closer to the cameras physically, or adding Wi-Fi extenders like Orbi, Google, Arlo, etc., to expand the signal range.

Another factor is that some cameras only support the 2.4GHz band. Many routers today broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals and can't be separated. As a result, cameras may drop offline while trying to switch between bands.

However, extenders allow you to split the network into two separate bands, letting you reconnect the camera to a 2.4GHz band only.

Check your internet provider. I have found that the number of devices is limited to a certain (low) number. When we initially complained they were surprised we had 18 devices registered on the router. Surprisingly after the call we never had an issue

Try just turning off the camera switch than put it back on. My solar camera went off line and I couldn't reconnect to wifi. Tried rebooting rotor and everything I could think of with know luck. So last attempt I switched the button on the camera off waited a few minutes than turned it back up on. Now I'm back online with wifi. Hope this works for you.

My EUFY DUAL CAMERA IS WIRED AND IT KEEPS GOING OFFLINE AFTER FEW DAYS!… why is this happening? I have to disconnect and reconnect the power wire than is works again. There is lotta foot and cars traffic on the block though ….
