Go-Go Archipelago's Playstation cameos are Ico and Yorda from Ico, an action adventure game on the Ps2.
The characters from Light Bulb Limbo are from the Devil May Cry series of games.
Quill is the name of the other cameo character in Downside Surprise. She was created for the PSVR game Moss in 2018.
Boxel Bust-Up has a very interesting cast of cameo characters. Polygon Man was the very first original Playstation mascot, but he quickly stepped aside from characters with actual games. The cube-headed character represents Intelligent Cube, an iconic puzzle game for the Ps1. Also for the Ps1, the final character represents Vibri from Vib-Ribbon. The rhythm game was very unique for it's time. The game's graphics were built entirely of hardware-efficient vectors. Everything necessary was able to be loaded on the Ps1's RAM, which made possible the removal of the game disc, and the loading of the player's own music CDs into the game to be played as levels possible, creating a virtually endless amount of levels.
Trunk Of Funk contains characters Deacon St. John from Days Gone, as well as Kena from Kena: Bridge Of Spirits.
The cameo from Dashing Dillo is Teddie, from Persona 4.

I’m pretty sure the people with the blue icon are people asking for their thing in the Gacha machine because like you said the more gotcha you got the more things become accessible in the hub world so I think it’s best if you spend most of your coins on the Gacha machine because you might get more puzzle pieces or more bots that way and make sure you double check going around the hub area because I’m pretty sure you missed one or two bots😅

The thought bubble with the capsule toy-looking thing is a Gatcha. If you get a Gatcha with a bot you saved, That bot will become the Gatcha. Like the ape bot with the blend in box. That's what the thought bubble means.
