Daxter is his ottsel (half weasel half otter) wisecracking friend. The term Eco Warrior comes from Eco being a core energy element in the series.

35:22 That's Abe, one of the protagonists of the Oddworld series. It's a survival platformer/ puzzle game that started on the ps1 with the latest game Oddworld Soulstorm on modern consoles. Mudokons are his race and he liberates them from slavery (that's why they are in a factory level) and extinction in the games, hence his name.

The characters you encountered at Fan Club are Mudokons, a race who originated from the game Oddworld: Abe's Odyssey on the Ps1. The latest game in the series was Oddworld: Soulstorm on the Ps5.
The characters you found in Funky Fungi were indeed from Castlevania, as well as the player character from Bloodborne. For the Castlevania characters, the specific game that is being referenced is "Symphony Of The Night" on Ps1, which has Dracula's son Alucard trying to reach a mind-controlled Richter Belmont who is located in Dracula's throne room, hence why Richter sits on a throne at the Crash Site.
The character from Retro Rampage 1 is Ryu from Street Fighter.
The character from Rolling Star Sola is Toro Inoue, the mascot for Playstation in Japan.
The character from Crumble Rumble 1 is referencing the boxart of MLB 98 on the Ps1, which had baseball star Bernie Williams on it.
The characters you saved from the boss were Spike as well as an Ape from the Ape Escape series. Apes On The Loose is a level that wouldn't be out of place in an Ape Escape game and is a loveletter to it, all the way down to the descriptions of each caught monkey and how the camera rotates around the player upon each capture.
