EPIC Saltwater Beach Fishing!! (Catch Clean Cook)

One of the most UNEXPECTED and EPIC fishing days I have ever had!! Giant schools of bait were jumping everywhere along the beach! What MYSTERY fish were below them? NEW species. New recipe. I did not expect for this to happen..

Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 304,800 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

Glad your 2nd try at frying the Spanish mackerel worked out better. One suggestion is to use very flour but add at least 2/3rd of the mix with corn meal plus the spices of your choice. Don't over
flour the fillets (shake off the excess). Some cooks coat with Japanese "panko" crumbs - excellent. Also I would use more oil so the pan is covered with at least all over the bottom. I would add
the fish just about when the oil seems to start smoking. Add no more than 3 pieces of fish at a time then let the pan get hot again before adding the next batch.. Good luck, Roy

If you want the flour to stick better dip it in egg first. You can also do flour - egg - flour. Add some garlic, chilli, paprika powder to the flour mix for extra flavour. Love your vids man. 👍👍

Tip from an old fishmonger - you can fillet mackerel really cleanly with one stroke from the head to the tail! You won't waste very much and quick to do :)

Spanish mackerel are my favorite fish to eat I catch them on gotcha plugs from piers in NC they are really fun to catch highly recommend you try it.

Firstly, been watching your videos for a long time, and I enjoy you even more with each video! Quick suggestion, if you like your fried fish without cornmeal, you can still get that crunch with another oil besides olive, and adding some corn starch to your flour mixture- just try it! You can even oven fry with it, just leave the flour out for the oven.
