Fish Piccata recipe:

In today’s video We leave Islamorada to venture offshore to do some epic Florida Keys fishing. We begin the day catching small live bait in return for big deep sea fish. After that we venture out to the Islamorada hump to live bait chum mahi-mahi and blackfin tuna to the surface. Thereafter we fill the box with more than enough tuna and dolphin which we the decided to make a move to try and deep drop for grouper. After a couple drops we eventually acquired a catch and we decided to make the long run home. Upon our arrival back towards shore we were greeted with the crystal clear aqua blue water that lines the Florida Keys. I couldn’t resist getting in the water as we were running over one of my lobster spots. Therefore I hopped in grabbed two lobsters, one for me one for Stephanie and then finally made it home. After arrival we show you guys how to clean a lobster and mahi-mahi and then, take it upstairs to Stephanie as she shows us how to prepare a beautiful fish piccata meal.

In the mainland no one would eat dolphin fish . once they changed the name on the menu to mahi mahi . they couldn't get enough of the fish .

Can’t believe 1 man caught all these fish on one session! I probably would struggle catching a baby pufferfish😂

First video I've seen from your channel. This is what I like to see! 20 minutes of fishing, and 5 minutes of cooking, not the other way around! Nice mixed bag out there.

I like that you catch fish for eating...not like others... wasting time!

Subscribed 2 min into the video. Thank you for being the only Florida fishing video on YT that teaches us about fishing e.g., the live chum, why you throw them free ones in the water, how to prevent getting a bird's nest on your reel, etc. Thank you! and bon apetite.

There’s a whole ocean and everyone else wants to pile right on top of each other. But the food at the end. Looked incredible

As a boy... used to fish the hump’ .... what a rush watching you nail it there! As always ... an outstanding video I’ll watch many times. Have to say your technique is much more sophisticated than mine was in the 50-60s but God looks out for fools and Sicilians and my dad said I had both bases covered. Many thanks and I need to grab some of your gear! Lance 👍

You are so brave to go in the middle of the sea with that little boat

If you have a good drag on any bait cast reel (including your electric reel) you can use the drag to let the weight down. When you do that you never have to worry about a "birds" nest" even if the weight hits the bottom! We do that here on Lake Superior and other deep water lakes in Canada when fishing for lake trout. Lake trout can be down 100-300' and we jig or troll for them. Just let the weight and bait down with the drag and never have another birds nest.

I live in Arizona, I absolutely love fishing. Around here we do a lot of catfishing, Croppie fishing, bass fishing. I’ve never even seen the ocean until a couple of years ago when I had to go to Florida on a business trip. Signed up for an offshore fishing trip, had an absolute blast. Caught a whole bunch of red snapper, blue Fish and an 8 foot bull shark. I wanna move to Florida now. I fell in love with the boat that I was on. And I just got a Carolina skiff sea chaser. There are no boats like it around here at all. I found this one in Mississippi and wentAll the way there to get it. Your videos get me really excited about fishing. Keep up the great work thank you. I love your videos about boats too.
