Cash-in-transit robbers getting more ruthless

Since Ramaphosa took over there’s no or less police visibility. Police cars are used for private use. Cash in transit in town, main roads. In past 7 years. I was stopped by cops 3 times all in last December. Ramaphosa is cooking something

It seems these type of crimes are increasing including jewelry stores robberies. Yet very little action and response from SAPS. Makes me think. That a portion of the loots are given to certain political parties
