How do you get a job with SUSI AIR? Step 1 - The application

I'm a former Susi Air pilot, instructor and manager, and I've made this video to assist pilots in getting a job with Susi Air. Parts 2 and 3 of this video will be uploaded shortly.

Sent the CV. I have 600 hours total, have FAA license, 350 hours flying experience in Papua on Twin Otter. But they don't hire me. Dunno why. Any clue?

After very unfortunate timing, qualifying during peak pandemic I've had 3 years now searching for that illusive first job, with no success yet!

2023 has not been kind either but i recently saw an advert for first officers on Susi air's website and rushed to get an application in. I only have 240hrs TT though, so seeing these people in the mix with 300+ is not making me feel hopeful!
