What an educational video. I will be doing my first men's physique show after 4 years winning my first ever classic physique show. I have never done a thorough prep for men's physique and this has helped me so much. Sadik, you are my greatest and truest inspiration. My gym even calls me Sadik 2.0 because of how much I emulate (or at least try to) your training, diet, gym fits, etc. You're my favourite bodybuilder.
