Mechanical Pulleys Gears and Levers

In this aptitude tutorial I cover some basic gears, pulleys and levers. I cover off a question on each of the 3 types including how to look at questions that involve fixed pulleys for mechanical reasoning. Very basic

thanks for drawing those arrows in on the first question. i had no idea which gear was A or B, they were so clearly marked.

easier way to explain the gears is if theres an even amount of gears. the last one will turn the opposite directon. if there is an odd number of gears like the one in the video it will turn the same direction

If a ball is put on block a, the lever would drop on that side then the ball would roll off and the weights would be balanced again. Is that a trick question.
