Nice, finally a guest that is super relatable. Even though living a minimalistic life with two kids is perfectly possible, but it just is a totally different experience. All those classic tips surrounding routines, calmness and mindfulness are unrealistic when you having two kids under 3 years, that are constantly sick, grumpy and in very different states of developement. My wife and I constantly have to change our plans, sleep less than 5 hours and have very little time for anything. Thanks for the video!

Our children will be exposed to much more toxic "situations" in life, than a bit of secondhand smoke or carbs. Trust me.

One thing I've come to discover is no matter how much we try to be perfect or protect our kids, they are gonna do their own damn thing, eventually.

Raise them to be responsible, not sheltered.

I traveled overseas with my kids, and frankly, people are SO kind to parents who are traveling alone with children. The world is kind.

I have 3 kids and work full-time, I'm a single mom, my husband is deceased. I always have worked, except for maternity leave, there is no other option. It my case it can be done, and must. It's not a sacrifice, it's my duty.

Caveate: I've always been a curve wrecker, and always done things outside the bell curve. 😉

Funny how couples still feel they need to have children in order to fit in with their friends! My husband and I decided against kids in our 30s and actually had friends tell us we would regret it. We are 60 years old now and it was the best decision ever ! Go against the norm !

Not to cut into your guest or the discussion at hand, but have you heard of Dr. Jordan Peterson? I think you should also try to get him on the show. IMHO
