I think eSIMs aren't talked about enough! As long as your phone supports them, you download it before you leave home, and boom, works immediately off the plane and one less thing to do when landing, even if a bit more money

Arsen, thanks for the info buddy, great advice, I normally pre book the hotel bus to a local hotel, I like the Siam mandarina , its 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport, my flights tend to arrive very late 11 pm to 2 am in the morning, so I want to sleep straight away and wake up fresh in the morning , then I will continue my journey

I ordered an eSim for my phone, through Thailand eSIM. $20 for 15 days, unlimited data and calls. No physical card needed, an email is sent after ordering and it has a QR code which you scan and then then it’s downloaded into your phone. I had a little trouble doing this but simply went to one of the dTAC kiosks at the airport and the lady kindly did it for me.
