I think lens disortion is the main issue with photos, because I look good when the photo is taken from a greater distance and when I take a picture from a close distance I look weird.

I've also been struggling myself with the Uni thing you mentioned: I've also struggled with this as some people just aren't made for uni: I like some subjects in school, I actually liked a lot of them and can't/have never been able to choose what I want to do in uni as I don't want to live one life. If life was a videogame then yeah sure I would choose whatever: Be a lawyer in one life, a teacher in the next, etc etc and just have fun, but life isn't like that: You only get one life and someone with a brain wired like ours can't just make a decision and choose some degree that may be sub ideal and live our life like that for the rest of it and waste it. We need to find ways of doing something that satisfies us for high income and then living as we want doing what we enjoy in our free time.

Basically, the way you look in the mirror is 90% of the way you look in real life. Inverted filter is false and is completely different to the way you look in real life because it flips your entire face symmetry to look bad and weird which is wrong because in real life you literally can’t notice asymmetry at all

Everything you says makes sense. I'm in hospital so perception wise the mirrors here make me ugly. Not to mention my melanin has appeared out of nowhere and my Aryan skin is gone. no one is symmetrical fully there will always be something different, maybe slightly bigger jaw or slightly smaller eye (which is very common)
