Teaching Legal Ethics is a series of situational vignettes that present hypothetical scenarios a well-intentioned lawyer realistically could face. The series is intended to assist in teaching the jurisprudence of legal ethics to law students and lawyers. For the most part, these are not scenarios in which the correct course of conduct by the lawyer is obvious. And that's the point.
