People have to buy an apartment becuz they need it to get married, have children and settledown. Chinese couples prefer to own an apartment than rent one. Just difference of culture.

I don’t know why, but what surprised me the most here is the gum sweepers 😂 I really don’t know why, but that seems like such an odd and specific job for a public that hasn’t learned how to simply throw gum in the trash.
