It sounds like the rules may have been updated since this video came out. I just need to clarify about the hammer item... you can exhaust the hammer to do one of 2 actions "craft" or "repair."
The only thing you can "repair" is a "damaged" item so that it will no longer be in the damaged spot. Hammer does NOT "refresh." So if it is exhausted it stays exhausted.

Simply put
Hammers repair damaged items.
Tea refreshes exhausted items. 👍

If I remember correctly, when Vagabond fixes a item It comes back with the same side face up (If used, still used)

Very very solid production, at last someone who really knows what he is doing, and how to use his equipment properly 👌
One more small rules annotation: @4:43 Once you are hostile towards a faction, you also score one -additional- VP for each building or token you remove of that faction.

One correction- When the Vagabond is Hostile to a faction then Infamy scores the Vagabond 1 VP per enemy piece removed in battles started on the Vagabond’s turn. This means 1 point for warriors and 2 for tokens & buildings

Very good Vidéo! Like it a lot! Maybe some annotations could be good because of the new rules that affect vagabond playstyle (like the fact that damaged items stay the way they are when they are repaired (exhausted or unexhausted)).

1. First of all if an item gets damaged through battle for example you only can repair it with the hammer or beeing in the woods right? But what happens with items like the tea und bags?
2. And I didn't really understand when items get back on the board ^^'
