I've fitted this board into a heavy modified wanhao i3 printer. It's great, I'm using the lv8729 driver. Very quiet (not as quiet as the tmc2100 but higher amperage) it being closed sourced didn't really affect me because you can adjust everything on the lcd screen ie stepper steps, printer size and type, acceleration etc plus you can get the power off module, filament detect module, bltouch probe and they are all plug and play with settings you can adjust on the screen. There isn't much info on these boards other than their website which told me everything I needed to know. I've ordered another 2 more boards for my other printers

Can you show us how to set it up? Especially with a printer like the ender 5 pro?

Upgraded my Ender-3 to the Lerdge-X and it's been running well. The steppers are just soooo much quieter with the 128 micro stepping. Locked down firmware is a bummer but at least (unlike my UP) it accepts standard G-CODE.

It will be interesting to see how this board works with more "intelligent" drivers like the TMC2208 (in UART mode) and TMC2130 (in SPI) mode, because looking at the board layout, it seems to be configured for all stepper drivers as "drop-in" A4988 replacements. Which is still great, but does not fully exploit the features of the more advanced drivers.

I actually just got the Newer Lerdge-K board. Also grabbed the WiFi connection and the power module. I need the 32b boards for my CoreXY setups.

The power module is pretty cool... you actually have an option on the LCD to power off your printer after the print is completed. I haven’t set the board up yet but I’m beyond excited about it. There’s a lot of negativity around these Lerdge boards due to it being closed source but the group of people using them say they love them!!

looking forward to see your video on that board, i bought one a few months back but i have install it yet because the printer i had then was not that good and i bought a creality ender 3 since then and it is doing a great job so i didn't see the need to change anything on it, and the video i saw dont show very much about the lerdge x installation and all

How does this compare to a MKS Robin/SBASE? Does it work with CoreX/Y systems?

My screen came cracked also. eBay store never sent replacement. Haven't used board yet. I like overall look. Any luck with your screen replacement?
