I bought this printer, it arrived in 6 days to my tiny town in Northern Canada, and i'm quite happy with it. It's been pretty damned good to be honest, especially at this price point.

I have bought this printer in Sep 2021 and I am not happy with the high pitch noice from the Power Supply Unit fan. I can hear it from another room at a distance of approximately 10 m (30 ft). The top frame of the printer was poorly assembled by the manufacturer: I had to spend some time to fix several issues by myself as I have some experience with terrible Anet A8. The Manual is incomplete. Prints are okay. Love the magnetic print bed and the detachable metal sheet. Love the touchscreen.

hi, i resently bought this machine but i cant see the preview of the gcode in the screen, what can i do to see it?

Is anyone looking at the heatbed plug? One Amazon reviewer noticed it was burnt when he unplugged it for maintenance.

REALLY love the ability to send gcode right from the screen.
Is it possible to add a plastic piece like to the rear usb c connection, like the one on the nozzle shell? I think it would add lots of stability.
I really think this will be my next printer.

If you decide to develop a good printer - based on the proven design of the frame and mount, skr1.4 board, a good display, a magnetic table. But didn't you install a direct extruder ?! It is very strange ! Why emphasize - that the control button is backlit and can it be seen in the dark? - It is clearly visible even without backlighting as the display is lit next to it!

When will there be a second Z-drive available? That will make this fine printer an excellent printer. Overhere in Europe there is a tendency to bad review the printer because the lack of the second Z-drive. And when your product has a bad reputation, it takes a log way to restore confidence. And that would be a pity, because the printer is an axcellent machine.

it's not really a dual operating system though is it... what it is, is a dual interface for the screen... touch and rotary... dual os would be say marlin or say Smoothieware for example... it's like saying look guys we have this computer for you.. it's got dual os installed, both are windows 10... come on stop trying to make something it's not
