Joists are not pressure treated and way far apart. Gonna cause boards to bend. Better the Joists are 12" apart from each other for a more solid base.

All that blocking will look terrible on a second level deck where you can see the underside.

Be smarter to use treated lumber when you create the blocking. The stuff you're using will be decayed by next year.
