As a newcomer to the Flipped Classroom, I think your video captures what we all hope this approach will bring about. And with all due respect, teachers are not getting lazy, particularly the ones implementing the Flipped Classroom. Au contraire. They work at least twice as long to make this work and reach out to every student. THAT is the point of a teacher.

I piloted this last year with a physical science class that everyone at my high school has to take. The feedback from the kids was good. You will always have kids that are not motivated, but those are going to be the same kids that will not take notes in class. (in my opinion) I think I am reaching more kids by using technology.
